The playroom is at the end of our garden path....and has a large decked area complete with patio for relaxing outside in the summer.  The building is 9m x 9m. The actual play room is 7m x 7m. 

The play room is fitted with various pieces of Dungeon Furniture and includes, Kneeling Bench, Throne, St Andrews Cross, Mantis Chair and Spanking Bench. We also also have a Bastille which comprises stocks, cage and rack. Our visitors arrive 5ft 6 and depart 6ft 2!

We also provide equipment for you to use whilst you are here and this includes various floggers ranging from the sensual right through to the down right painful, canes, paddles, rope, suspension harness, full leather straight jacket and a violet wand. On top of all that we also have an electric hoist for suspension! The list goes on!

There are comfy sofas to relax on and also cushions for those that are destined to kneel on the floor! With a wide screen and projector,and not forgetting the surround sound music system we can provide you with an ambience and setting that are condusive to a great play time! 

There is a seperate kitchen attached to the main playroom complete with fridge, kettle and microwave for light refreshments which we do provide. There are no cooking facilities but we can arrange for local takeaways to be delivered. Failing that we are located in a quintassential English village complete with duck pond and we have a variety of award winnng country restuarants here on our door step. For those booking an overnight stay a continental breakfast is supplied and included in the price.

The ensuite shower-room comprises a large power shower, big enough for two enabling water sport activities if you are so inclined. There is also a WC and handbasin.
